Support Cyber Security Defensive Operations with configuration of Cyber Range consisting of 100s to 1000s of VMs utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Ansible, VMWare and other automation technologies.
Work closely with Hunt, Red and Blue Team operators to understand their desired configurations for the Cyber Security Range to support training, force on force exercises, and mimicking of customer infrastructures.
Work with a team of other Software Engineers, System Administrators, Network Engineers and Systems Engineers supporting the Cyber Range and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Join a larger development team supporting the Cyber Security Directorate's Defensive Network Operations organization with direct mission support activities when not working on the Cyber Range.

Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Batch, and Python
Experience with networking and virtualization
Experience with Terraform and Ansible
Experience with cybersecurity tools, network configurations, and operational tools
Network Engineering experience with Arista, Cisco, and Juniper
Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux, application behaviors, and network traffic analysis

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
