You will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, and overall administration of plant operations overseeing staffing and production while effectively and efficiently overseeing the development and direction of the production team to drive the growth of production, revenue, and the quality of goods produced in the facility.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, department managers and ensuring the integration of strategic plans within the plant facilities.
How you will do it Lead and monitor plant performance with daily reporting against goals to ensure that progress is being made and that corrective action is taken if necessary.

Responsible for appropriate shift configurations, labor allocation, and staffing levels to meet production targets of the facility with production efficiency drive to 85% or greater.
Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve performance.
Lead and participate in Zero Harm Culture program and initiatives.
Enhance and develop policies, procedures, and service systems to meet the goals of the facility.
Lead and participate in Zero Defect Culture program and initiatives.

Some after-hours duties are required.
