About the role

- You'll work closely with Haven's neurologists and clinical operations team to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and thoughtful procedural care - and feel genuinely supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Close care coordination with Haven's virtual care team to support longitudinal treatment plans
- We're seeking a part-time Provider (NP, PA, or MD) to support our San Diego procedural clinic.
- In this role, you'll deliver in-clinic headache procedures for patients whose care is otherwise managed virtually by Haven's specialist team.
Requirements
- You're likely a strong fit if you have:
- Prior experience in headache medicine, neurology, or procedural pain management
- Hands-on experience with Botox for chronic migraine, peripheral nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and/or SPG blocks
- Comfort performing outpatient procedures independently with excellent technique
- Part-time: 1 clinic day per week to start (Friday availability required)
- SPG blocks (experience with catheter-based approaches welcomed)
