About the role
- As a Regional Clinic Success Manager, you will drive strategic growth and operational excellence across assigned regional markets, taking ownership of comprehensive partner relationship management and cross-departmental performance accountability.
- The ideal candidate approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, excels at collaborative problem-solving, and demonstrates natural leadership in managing both partner relationships and onsite operational teams.
- You will serve as the primary strategic liaison between Enara and our partner clinics, conducting periodic onsite visits and online meetings to strengthen relationships with clinic owners and managers while overseeing agents who manage both member-facing and clinic-facing tactical operations.

- You'll craft innovative growth strategies, maintain exceptional partner relationships through strategic onsite engagement, and ensure seamless coordination between clinical operations and business objectives.

Compensation
