- The Subscriptions Mission builds and evolves Spotify's subscription products to drive sustainable growth by improving conversion, retention, and overall user value.
- We create seamless, personalized experiences that make it easy for users to discover, upgrade, and stay engaged with Spotify.

Compensation
- $164k-$235k
Benefits
- The United States base range for this position is $164,448 - $234,926, plus equity.
- The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
