About the role
- The analyst will take full ownership of pricing activities, including monitoring cost changes, modeling impacts, and proactively recommending adjustments.
- The Pricing Financial Analyst is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed order-level margin analysis to ensure pricing supports profitability targets
- Build and maintain pricing models, cost calculators, and margin reporting tools
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to gather accurate cost inputs and validate pricing assumptions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to pricing and cost trends
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel proficiency (lookups, formulas, modeling).
- Ability to interpret tariffs, freight rates, logistics charges, and raw material cost inputs
- High attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA is a plus
