About the role
- Are you an ambitious and skilled Public Entity Litigation Attorney seeking an exciting new opportunity to make a significant impact in the legal field defending public entities?
- Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join our award-winning team in our Newport Beach headquarters.
- Skilled in conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to discovery, as well as interfacing directly with clients and opposing counsel.
Responsibilities
- This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with team members and have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced partners.
- Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment.
- Experience defending public entities is a plus but not required.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current admission to the California State Bar is required.
Compensation
- $120k-$160k
