About the role

If you are not an EU national, you will need an approved Nuffic agreement. - Our office is located in Hoofddorp, next to the train station (25 minutes from Amsterdam by train).
We work in a hybrid format, with a requirement to work two days a week at the office and the remaining days remote.

You must be enrolled as a student and able to secure university approval for the internship.
You are available to start around the beginning of August and commit to a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 5-6 months.

Supporting data collection and analysis for participation in compensation and benefits benchmark surveys.
Supporting ongoing benefits projects as needed, with a focus on enhancing employee understanding and experience.
You will work within the HR Total Rewards team, supporting compensation and benefits-related analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
