About the role

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, expanding, and retaining large enterprise customers across North America.
Experience successfully selling for a challenger or emerging brand, with a demonstrated ability to compete against established incumbents by leading with insight, value, and differentiation rather than brand recognition alone.

Our DE&I committee helps deliver a program of activities and actions to support this important area of focus.
You will manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and long-term growth-working with senior leaders in Talent Acquisition and HR.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with large U.S. enterprises.
This is a high-impact opportunity within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, offering significant ownership of enterprise relationships and the ability to deliver measurable value to employers at scale.

Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate long, complex buying cycles while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
