About the role

This role is responsible for aligning regional IIG initiatives with the organization's overarching goals, collaborating with local leadership, and ensuring that IIG principles are embedded in all aspects of regional operations.
The IIG Manager will act as a change agent, driving programs that promote inclusivity, equity, and belonging at the regional level.
Proven experience leading and implementing IIG initiatives at scale across diverse teams and locations.

Lead regional IIG strategy implementation, tailoring initiatives to local needs while aligning with company-wide goals and addressing region-specific challenges.
Collaborate on program development to design and implement diversity-focused recruitment, retention, and advancement strategies, and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and inclusion initiatives.
Serve as a regional IIG advocate, building relationships with stakeholders, facilitating communication, and providing guidance on IIG-related issues.
Support regional leadership development, coaching managers on inclusive leadership practices, unconscious bias, and equitable decision-making.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive data-driven decision-making through metrics analysis.

Analyze regional workforce data, track IIG metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive inclusivity and equity improvements.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred) with 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
