About the role
- This is not a traditional implementation or configuration role.
- Every customer implementation is different.
- Troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and data synchronization issues while optimizing performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will design and build sophisticated workflow applications for some of the world's largest enterprises using Tonkean's no-code platform.
- Every customer implementation is different. You'll build intelligent workflows that orchestrate people, systems, AI, and business rules across dozens of enterprise applications.
- Design and build production-ready workflow applications that combine AI, business logic, enterprise integrations, and intuitive user experiences to solve complex business challenges.
- Build intelligent automations that orchestrate approvals, routing, SLAs, exception handling, and business rules across enterprise processes.
- You'll build intelligent workflows that orchestrate people, systems, AI, and business rules across dozens of enterprise applications.
- Develop reusable workflow components, implementation patterns, and best practices that improve delivery across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable workflows and automation.
- Experience implementing SaaS, workflow automation, integration, or low-code solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with JSON, data transformations, and system integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues where there isn't an obvious answer.
- Experience translating technical documentation and customer requirements into working solutions.
- Experience with workflow automation, integration, or low-code platforms.
- Software development experience in any language.
- Experience working with AI-powered products or enterprise automation.

- 5+ years designing or building technical solutions for enterprise customers.
- Comfortable working directly with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate with workflow architects and customers to iterate on solutions throughout implementation, testing, and deployment.
