Build strong trusting relationships with leaders across Engineering and Product Management
Manage and track program execution across multiple development teams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery
Use technical judgement to drive strategic alignment & product delivery
Develop program plans & schedules covering all phases of the program lifecycle
Ability to build frameworks to track and execute program direction
SailPoint is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive some of our most complex, business-critical initiatives for our Product organization.
You will manage a program from beginning to end to ensure we're executing successfully and delivering amazing results.
Audit current Jira boards, filters, and dashboards (and Productboard where applicable) to understand in-flight initiatives, dependencies, and areas needing immediate program support.
Partner with Product leadership to inventory upcoming key initiatives and confirm launch readiness criteria (scope, owners, dependencies, and open risks).
Identify 1-2 quick wins (examples: clearer status reporting, a missing cross-team cadence, or a Jira view that improves visibility) and deliver them.

6+ years of experience driving large programs and delivering excellent results
4 of which must be in software product development (SaaS, Web App, etc.)
Highly evolved EQ and ability to adapt to the needs of the program and current maturity of the teams

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

$97,900 - $165,082.00 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
We estimate the base salary, for
Holidays: 8 paid holidays annually

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
