Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting, support-ticket communication, ongoing system support, and user training on system use and troubleshooting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and project management tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems is required
Nice to have
- Associates degree, or certificate preferred
