- Job Responsibilities Assists in leading the clinical team daily, providing a model of positive, compassionate care for our patients and service for our providers.
- Responsible for ensuring proper training and mentoring of all clinical staff on clinical best practices.
- Oversees orientation and training of staff on practice policies and procedures.
- Interviews and hire new staff.
- Evaluates employee performance according to established standards.
- Conducts counseling and initiates educative and disciplinary activities to improve performance.
- Communicate directly with laboratory representatives to clarify/resolve specimen and/or billing issues as needed.
- Provides input for improving efficiency and quality of care.
Compensation
- $60,000-$65,000 Please note compensation is based on years of experience.
