Requirements
- Military membership is not required.
- Degree: behavioral or social science
- 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
- Must have knowledge of the organization and its mission and utilized the organizational staff procedures.

- Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
