About the role

You'll be the DRI for strategy, optimization, and agency management, while partnering closely with our PR, Influencer, and Social Commerce teams to hit our 2026 channel north star of $1.25M in revenue (40% YoY growth).
Applicant Note: This is a temporary, part-time role (~30 hours/week) with an anticipated contract duration of 6 months.
There may be an opportunity to extend or convert this role to full-time based on the achievement of key business objectives.

ILIA Beauty is looking for a seasoned affiliate marketing consultant to own our affiliate channel end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who can operate both at the strategic level and in the weeds, translating data into action and keeping a complex partner ecosystem moving in sync.

Serve as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring each workstream is moving forward, unblocked, and aligned to channel strategy and calendar.
5+ years in affiliate marketing, with experience owning a channel or program end-to-end.
Experience managing or collaborating with affiliate agencies (IMPACT, ShareASale, or similar).
Familiarity with influencer affiliate platforms including LTK, ShopMy, Sephora Collective, and Ulta.
Strong analytical skills
ability to turn performance data into clear strategy and stakeholder communication.
Highly organized and comfortable managing complex cross-functional calendars and workflows.

Conduct monthly performance deep dives; identify growth levers and blockers, and report channel insights to leadership.
