Responsibilities
- Lead executive search engagements globally, with a focus on Director, Vice President, and executive-level hiring.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of executive and corporate recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Personally manage complex, confidential, and high-impact searches from strategy and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
- Build proactive executive talent pipelines through market mapping, research, networking, and relationship management.
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience throughout the executive hiring process.
- Manage external executive search partners as needed and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- NCR Voyix is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Search & Corporate Functions to lead our global executive recruiting strategy while overseeing corporate functions hiring across North America and Latin America.
- This highly visible leadership role partners directly with executive leaders to identify and attract exceptional talent that will shape the future of our business.
- You'll lead a high-performing team while remaining hands-on in some of the company's most critical and high profile searches.

Requirements
- 8+ years of executive search or leadership recruiting experience, including recruiting Director-level and above talent.
- Experience within an executive search firm and/or an in-house executive recruiting function required.
- Strong expertise in executive sourcing, talent mapping, research, and market intelligence.
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiting teams.
- Ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and successfully close senior-level talent.
- Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite executives and senior business leaders on strategic hiring initiatives.
- Must be based in Atlanta and able to work onsite five days per week.
