About the role
- The Appeal Staff Attorney role focuses on reviewing and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other post-submission USCIS requests.
- Your Key Contributions Review draft immigration applications pursuant to instructions from Senior Attorneys.
- Identify, track, and make necessary edits prior to submission.

Requirements
- Perform legal research on immigration law topics What Makes You a Great Fit The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of a state bar.
- Ability to follow detailed directions.
Nice to have
- Experience using a case management software system preferred.
- Interest in immigration law preferred.
Compensation
- $65k-$70k
