About the role
- Provide a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process; provide small group and/or individual instruction to students as needed.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents/guardians, and other professionals on a regular basis.
- Facilitate incoming parent questions and provide responses in a timely manner by conducting necessary research.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures in accordance with state statues.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships by consulting regularly with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with peers to enhance the overall quality of feedback.
- Maintain a thorough understanding in the curriculum of course that is being supported and the school-wide student performance goals.
- Support other academic related topics established at the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools, Florida Scholars Academy, Regional Director, Florida Scholars Academy, or Instructional Leader, Florida Scholars Academy.

Compensation
- $32,760.00 - $65,520.00
