Responsibilities
- Support influencer, IP, and brand collaborations, from pitch to execution.
- Partner with the data team on measurement.
- You do not need to build the models yourself, but you know what they mean.
- We have been developing niche gaming experiences for our players since the company's founding in 2006.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with creator, UGC, and social-first growth (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit), not just paid channels.
- Bachelor's in marketing or similar.

- When we ship a Black Market Expansion or a Cult Leader Pack, you are the one who turns it into a moment players cannot ignore.
- You will not do this alone.
- Paid UA runs out of our central UA team, and you will work with them hand in hand.
- You set the story and the plan, and you pull those teams together to land it.
- Turn features and content drops into launches people actually care about, always in BitLife's irreverent voice.
- BitLife lives on TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
