About the role
- This role is accountable for the overall health, execution quality, operational consistency, and scalability of the Project Management function.
- Cross-Functional Execution • Align delivery strategy with product roadmap, Data Operations, Capture Technology, and Customer Success initiatives. • Coordinate execution priorities across functions and remove organizational friction.
- This role offers a base salary of $100,000 - $140,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of diversely experienced Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Drive accountability through measurable team goals and operational KPIs.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Partner with PMs to resolve complex execution blockers.
- Ensure delivery teams maintain exceptional customer engagement throughout project lifecycle.
- Drive consistency in customer communications, project governance, and delivery standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Energy, Operations, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in project delivery, operations, construction technology, renewable energy, or adjacent industries.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing PMs or equivalent delivery organizations.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Primavera P6, Cora, Wrike, Project Insight, or equivalent).
- Master's degree in engineering, project management, operations, or related field.
- Experience in PMO, delivery, or customer operations functions.
- Familiarity with financial planning, resource forecasting, and operational KPIs.
- Support executive customer relationships and participate in strategic customer discussions where required.
Nice to have
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year, primarily domestic to customer project sites and HQ offices.
Compensation
- This role offers a base salary of $100,000 - $140,000.
