Travel to our Baltimore HQ is required for onboarding, training, and other in-person team/company activities.
Candidates must be located in the Baltimore, MD area and/or within driving distance to our headquarters.
You have developed good habits for logging activity, cleaning pipelines and accurately forecasting revenue.

A good grasp of technology with a basic understanding of computer networking, IP technology, and electronics.
Implementation of solution sales techniques focused on creating value and trust.
Willingness to be coached as well as take initiative and act independently depending on the situation.
Demonstrated ability to identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization.
Hands-on experience using sales enablement tools like Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, and ZoomInfo.
Ability to handle and overcome long-sales cycles.
An understanding of selling into communities, the Energy Sector, or the Federal Government.
Experience selling IP based or Emergency Communication Systems.
Multi-lingual and willingness to call into foreign markets.
