About the role
- The IHS Managed Care team is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join the team.
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Own workplans for analyses and manage checklists to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
- Maintain a system of records and documentation appropriate to engagement needs (models, assumptions, source files, and workpapers).
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support negotiation strategy and financial modeling.
- Develop and refine analyses and models in Excel
- create clear exhibits, slides, and supporting documentation for client deliverables.
- Support routine client interactions by presenting analysis sections and managing follow-ups through engagement leads.
- Contribute to firm-building activities such as recruiting and mentorship to Associates.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (including internships, analyst roles, or consulting experience).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce clear, defensible outputs.
- Candidate must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- able to explain methods and results clearly.
- High attention to detail with consistent quality control habits.
Nice to have
- Experience with additional analytical tools (e.g., Access, SQL, SAS, Stata, R, Python, Tableau, or similar) is preferred.
