About the role
- Work Schedule: 1 2-hour Rotating DuPont Schedule (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)
- Starting Pay: Highly competitive rates + $2.00/hour shift differential

Responsibilities
- PLC Troubleshooting: Utilize PLCs to identify faults in automated lines and implement corrective measures.
- Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace. We prioritize the safety of our team above all else.
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in Electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting/repair.
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work.
- Technical Proficiency:

Nice to have
- Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical disciplines, or equivalent.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Advanced PLC root-cause diagnostic skills.
- Agility: Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
