Responsibilities
- Review all bid documents and seek clarifications during the bid process to ensure an accurate bid is assembled
- Concurrently bid/manage multiple projects.
- Provide conceptual design and pricing to support conceptual design for both HVAC and plumbing
- Develop project general conditions and other estimate scope summaries, schedules and/or other tools and deliverables as necessary
- Ability to organize and curate documents related work orders and personnel
- Communication, relationship building and customer service

- The ideal candidate must be capable of assembling an accurate estimate and a corresponding detailed proposal for the customer with minimal oversight.

- Knowledge, skill and ability requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)
- Proficiency in pipe takeoff software such as Quickpen / Autobid is beneficial
Nice to have
- BSME in Engineering/HVAC or Construction Business Management is preferred
