About the role

  • Sailor Health will take care of finding patients and doing all the admin work so that you can focus on providing exceptional therapy!
  • Position: Clinical Psychologist (Geriatric Telehealth, Licensed in Wyoming) Positions: 1099 with option to transition to W2.
  • Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2 (includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching, comprehensive health, medical, vision insurance).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe)
  • Set your own hours and control your schedule, starting at 15 sessions per week.
  • Build relationships with older adults who cherish therapy: Our clients value deeply the relationship with their therapists, and therapy is one of their most meaningful interactions all week.
  • Work from your home and on your own hours.

Requirements

  • Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
  • Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
  • Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth
