About the role
- As part of our broader Financial Services platform, professionals gain exposure to a high volume of complex and differentiated assignments requiring deep analytical, valuation, and transaction expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements
- Manage transaction processes from engagement through closing
- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Manage and mentor Analysts and Associates on live transactions
- Support business development initiatives and marketing efforts
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, private equity, or related experience
- Strong M&A execution experience and valuation expertise
- Bachelor's degree required
Nice to have
- Mortgage finance, specialty finance, or financial institutions experience preferred
Compensation
