About the role
- Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues..
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used.

Requirements
- 10 Years Experience in Commercial HVAC industry
- Journeyman HVAC (Required)
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC/R systems.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sites
- Ability to build custom solutions based on project requirements.
- Able to weld piping.
- Familiar with steam systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality workmanship.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
