Responsibilities

  • Your mornings will begin helping deliver an exceptional breakfast experience before transitioning into coordinating guest departures and preparing the inn for new arrivals.
  • Supporting teammates wherever needed to create a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking care of people and finds satisfaction in creating exceptional experiences through thoughtful service and attention to detail.
  • 5 years of hotel & hospitality experience

Nice to have

  • A naturally warm, friendly, and welcoming personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and stay calm during busy mornings.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
  • The ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays during the season.
  • Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience is preferred, but we value attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn just as much.
