About the role
- This role assists with producing client submissions, proposals, presentations, insurance summaries & reports.
Responsibilities
- Create client files on shared server, prepare pre-renewal reports including loss ratio analysis and pre-complete renewal reports
Requirements
- High attention to detail, and the ability to learn and understand software systems quickly.
- At least 1-2+ years of working in commercial insurance industry
- REQUIRED: At least 1+ year of experience working for an insurance agency, broker or carrier AND a current Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Commercial property and casualty experience
- Licensed property/casualty insurance agent/broker license
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in an insurance-related field
- Knowledge of agency management system is a plus
Compensation
- Non-Exempt: The hourly pay range for this position is $38.45 - $48.72 per hour and standard workweeks are 37.5 hours.
- This range represents the employer's good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data.
- Managed PTO for salaried/exempt employees (personal time off without accruals or caps); 22 PTO days starting out for hourly/non-exempt employees; 12 company-observed paid holidays; 4 early-close days
