About the role
- We're looking for a talented and strategic Senior, Art Direction to join one of our most dynamic and high-profile client teams.
- This is a hands-on role for a creative thinker who combines strong conceptual instincts, exceptional visual craft, and a deep understanding of how ideas come to life across social, digital, video, and emerging platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and creative territories across social, digital, video, experiential, and emerging platforms.
- Partner closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Motion, Visual Design, and Creative leadership to create integrated campaign ideas and audience experiences.
- Lead visual storytelling throughout the creative process, from concept development and presentation through production and final delivery.
- Partner with Generative AI Artists to explore AI-assisted visual development and emerging creative workflows.
- Mentor and support Associate Art Directors, helping elevate creative thinking, craft, and execution across the team.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence and attention to detail.
- Stay connected to culture, design, technology, and emerging trends to continually push the work forward.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social-first content, and video-driven work.
- Prior social agency experience or relevant experience with a track record of navigating high-volume, high-visibility accounts.
- On-set and content production experience (domestic or international), including working with video directors, editors, and producers.
- Strong client presentation and communication skills - you can confidently present ideas, take feedback in stride, and advocate for great creative.
- Additionally, deep knowledge of social best practices for optimal performance.
