Responsibilities
- Hunt for and build a pipeline of new commercial roofing prospects-property managers, facility directors, developers, and general contractors
- Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in our CRM
- forecast sales and manage your funnel to ensure quota attainment
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project execution
- Stay organized-prioritize tasks, manage your calendar, and use sales tools to optimize productivity
- Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in our CRM; forecast sales and manage your funnel to ensure quota attainment
- Supportive team environment with dedicated back-office support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within roofing, construction, or a related trade
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
- Also with the ability to sell anywhere in Florida!
