Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

2 transfer filings in the last year, covering 2 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.
  • Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M.
  • If you're ready to shape the future of healthcare, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Lead one Quality team while keeping it embedded.
  • Own the quality system, not every test.
  • Provide strategy, risk assessment, tooling, environments, coaching, and visibility so developers own the quality of what they build.
  • Make test strategy and risk part of planning with Product, Engineering, Design, and Clinical, so every change knows what to test, at which level, and why.
  • Hold a quality bar for root cause analyses, and make sure Quality learns from customers without becoming a Tier 2 support desk.
  • Partner with Clinical, Security, and Compliance so severity reflects patient impact and quality practices support HIPAA, auditability, and regulatory expectations for clinical AI.
  • Document our standards, build a Quality community of practice across product teams, run Quality Week, office hours, and demos, and close the feedback loop from Quality back to the engineers who build.
  • Build and develop the team.
  • 10+ years in software quality and test engineering, including 5+ years leading quality teams, with a track record of building a quality function and staffing it cost-effectively as the company grows.

Compensation

  • Annual company-wide offsite

Benefits

  • Keep coverage efficient by deduplicating across unit, API, and end-to-end tests.
  • Partner with incident review owners, Support, and Customer Success so corrective actions land as tests, observability, or fixes, and incident and customer-defect learnings update regression coverage and risk profiles.
