Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain gutters and downspouts.
  • Perform routine roof inspections, document findings and keep updated records on file.
  • Maintain records of supplies ordered, work completed, and equipment.
  • Maintain, secure, and properly store tools, ladders, scaffolding, and equipment in accordance with code and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date MSDS and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Pre-employment physical exam required.
  • Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by the University's insurance carrier.
  • Participate in required training and follow all guidelines that pertain to snorkel lift and bucket truck operation.
  • This position is a required personnel position and requires the employee's physical presence at the workplace.
  • Additionally, the employee is required to report to (or remain at) work to assist with university emergencies during closures.

Compensation

  • will be commensurate to candidate experience.
