Five years experience in theories and/or practice in Sterile Processing required
One year of supervisory experience or 3 years in a lead capacity required
Cert Sterile Proc/Distrib Tech OR Cert Sterile Process Tech Required at hire
Demonstrated knowledge of:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Supplemental courses in Management, Sterile Processing and Central Supply are strongly preferred

The posted pay range complies with applicable law and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
Individual pay is set by skills, experience, qualifications, and internal/market equity, consistent with MarinHealth's compensation philosophy.
