Requirements

  • Five years experience in theories and/or practice in Sterile Processing required
  • One year of supervisory experience or 3 years in a lead capacity required
  • Cert Sterile Proc/Distrib Tech OR Cert Sterile Process Tech Required at hire
  • Demonstrated knowledge of:

Nice to have

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Supplemental courses in Management, Sterile Processing and Central Supply are strongly preferred

Compensation

  • The posted pay range complies with applicable law and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
  • Individual pay is set by skills, experience, qualifications, and internal/market equity, consistent with MarinHealth's compensation philosophy.
