About the role

  • Position Summary: The Manufacturing Team Member I - Pre-Weigh (1st Shift) will be responsible for performing tasks including operating tools and machinery to produce dental consumables, used to restore teeth in a highly regulated environment.
  • The Manufacturing Team Member I - Pre-Weigh (1st Shift) will be responsible for performing tasks including operating tools and machinery to produce dental consumables, used to restore teeth in a highly regulated environment.
  • Assist with inventory management by immediately replenishing supplies and reporting a shortage of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Performs quality checks throughout the production process to avoid rework and scrapping of product and material.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report any issues or concerns related to safety immediately.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • This individual must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, where priorities may change rapidly.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant work experience required.
  • Independently complete all required training via computer and attend any required in-person training.

  • Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be able to work overtime, when needed.

Compensation

  • The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
  • For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan
  • $22.00 - $26.90 per hour
