Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation for BookNook programs by serving as a strategic consultant to district and school leaders.
- Independently manage multiple complex implementations by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
- Partner closely with Regional Directors of Partnerships to support customer retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and seamless customer transitions throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- As a trusted advisor to district and school leaders, you will drive implementation excellence, strong partnership experiences, and measurable student outcomes.
- They proactively identify risks, solve problems, facilitate difficult conversations, and drive accountability to ensure successful implementation and positive customer outcomes.

Compensation
- $80,000-$95,000+ $10,000 variable + $500 Referral Fee
