About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive, multi-year strategy to accelerate growth in the HORECA channel within the North America Operating Unit.
- Develop the LMP Fountain commercial strategy and oversee execution and management of the NAOU LMP & HORECA Growth Program
- Align strategic objectives with broader company goals and market opportunities to develop an integrated execution plan.
- Influence adoption of the proposed strategic approach to HORECA, LMP, and CDE growth across the Coca-Cola system, especially with franchise partners and bottlers.
- Build and foster relationships with NAOU and Bottler stakeholders to secure necessary resources and investments to develop robust commercial execution and route to market capabilities, tools, and process to enable scaled execution.
- Capability Building:
- Lead the development of necessary capabilities across the system to meet established goals.
- Ensure resources, training, and support are in place to drive successful execution of strategies.
- Develop and commercialize an end-to-end HORECA operating model to enable sustainable HORECA growth across the bottling system.
- Track and report on progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, On premise channel management, or a related field within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
- Travel Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in capability building and stakeholder management (KO North America System Knowledge.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Compensation
- United States of America: 199,000 USD - 228,000 USD
- Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
