About the role
- The General Manager is the architect of the store culture, customer experience, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business & Operational Excellence
- Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience
- Lead the Total Store Experience
- Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence
- Coach & Develop Talent
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
- Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth
- Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning
- Lead a business centered on meaningful customer experiences
- Build and develop high-performing teams
Requirements
- 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required
- Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required

Compensation
- Base pay, $50,000 – $94,500 plus commission on sales.
