About the role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities including modelling, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Transformation Support
- Conducts market, industry, competitive, and operational research to support leadership decision-making.
- Builds clear and compelling visual storytelling through PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Develops reporting, dashboards, trackers, and operational summaries to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborates across technology, product, operations, finance, and business teams to drive alignment and execution.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate combines structured problem solving, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable business outcomes.
- Minimum 8+ years of functional experience and 5+ years position specific experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, business operations, or related field.
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm preferred (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with platform business models, digital transformation, AI-enabled operations, or technology strategy preferred.
Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.
