About the role
- You will provide proactive tax planning and compliance services to real estate owners, investors, developers, and closely held entities, often involving complex partnership structures, multi‑entity organizations, and transaction‑driven considerations.

- In addition to providing consulting and compliance tax services, our tax professionals offer specialized real estate tax advisory services, including guidance on entity structuring, investment analysis, and transaction planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review complex tax returns for real estate-focused clients, including partnerships, flow‑through entities, closely held businesses, and related individual returns
- Lead tax engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring fees, and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high‑touch service and serving as a trusted advisor
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior associates, supporting both technical and professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Active CPA license required
- 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with a strong focus on real estate tax planning, compliance, and consulting
- Extensive experience with partnership and flow‑through entity taxation
- Strong understanding of tax implications related to real estate investments, transactions, and entity structures
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess) and Microsoft Office Suite
