👩 💼 The Role
At Manifest, the Immigration Strategy Attorney is the front line of the prospective client experience.
You'll be the first Manifest attorney that prospective clients speak to, and your job is to ensure every consultation is handled with warmth, clarity, speed, and precision.
Consultations will primarily focus on extraordinary ability and high-skilled categories such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A, but may also include inquiries across a range of other immigration categories, breaking news, and fast-changing policies.
You'll conduct consultations with prospective clients from around the world, evaluate their eligibility and overall case strength, and provide clear recommendations on the right next step.
You'll be responsible for identifying strong candidates quickly, managing expectations for borderline cases, and diplomatically explaining when a client is not a fit, all while making clients feel understood, supported, and informed.
