About the role

- What You Need to Know Salary: $52,000 - $55,500/annually (Based on selected hires qualifications).
Requirements
- Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree of equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of program coordination, graduate/undergraduate coordination, or other closely related experience.
Nice to have
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferably in English, Communication, Rhetoric or related field.
- Experience teaching and/or giving presentations.
- Experience supervising.
- Knowledge of content management systems.
- Experience with media production or marketing.
- Experience working with special student populations including ESL students, graduate students, First-Gen students, International students, and/or students with disabilities.
- Experience keeping tutoring records.
- Experience with program assessment.
Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to positively and professionally interact with clients and staff.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of office software and instructional programs.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for teaching and instructing individuals and groups.
- Skilled in utilizing various learning and active listening strategies.
- Ability to orally comprehend and express information and use inductive and deductive reasoning.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Provides direction and supervision for a team of 5 to 8 student workers

Compensation
- $52,000 - $55,500/annually (Based on selected hires qualifications).
