About the role

- SUMMARY The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting HR Manager by leading recruitment activities, coordinating performance management processes, and managing employee training and development programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance
- Support leadership development and employee career development initiatives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening,
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Assist in developing performance management tools, templates, and guidelines.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational
- Support the implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
- Education
- Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on recruitment,
- performance management, and employee training.
- Proven experience designing, coordinating, and delivering corporate training programs.
- Experience facilitating workshops, orientation sessions, or leadership development
- programs.
- Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate

- Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus

- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.

Compensation
- $72,000-$78,000
