About the role

  • SUMMARY The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting HR Manager by leading recruitment activities, coordinating performance management processes, and managing employee training and development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance
  • Support leadership development and employee career development initiatives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening,
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment
  • Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Assist in developing performance management tools, templates, and guidelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational
  • Support the implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
  • Education
  • Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on recruitment,
  • performance management, and employee training.
  • Proven experience designing, coordinating, and delivering corporate training programs.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, orientation sessions, or leadership development
  • programs.
  • Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate

  • Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.

Compensation

  • $72,000-$78,000
