About the role
- Modern Health is looking for a Program Manager to help our Product & Tech organization plan, execute, and ship.
- You will also help enable an effective, efficient, high-impact Product & Tech organization by improving alignment, communications, and processes between Product & Tech teams and the rest of the business.
- Strong performers will grow toward leading Modern Health's largest, most strategic programs end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Program-manage product and technical initiatives - drive cross-team execution from scoping through launch and post-launch follow-through, across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data
- Keep programs on track - build and maintain project plans, map dependencies across teams, track risks and issues, and keep initiatives on a predictable timeline
- Translate needs into crisp requirements - turn vague business, clinical, or partner requests into clear, actionable requirements and decisions that product and engineering teams can build against
- Support Product & Tech operating rhythms - help run quarterly planning, goal setting, roadmap reviews, and launch readiness and communications
- Manage core tooling - administer and improve the operational tooling and systems (project trackers, documentation, dashboards) that give the org visibility and leverage

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment
