About the role
- You'll work alongside experienced engineers on real production systems from customer-facing web applications and internal tooling to the APIs and data pipelines that power factory operations.
- This is a hands-on role where your code will ship, and your contributions will directly impact how Hadrian scales.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve full-stack features across internal tools, dashboards, and customer-facing workflows using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Design and implement UI components and interfaces that give teams real-time visibility into production workflows, capacity, and program status
- Get to build alongside an incredible team of Fullstack engineers, Artificial Intelligence engineers, operators, and the best machinists/CAM programmers in the world
- Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in one or more languages or frameworks across the stack (TypeScript, React, Python, Go, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguous technical challenges
- Prior internship or project experience shipping production software across the frontend and backend
- Mechanical Engineering experience or some familiarity with CAD/manufacturing part drawings
Compensation
- For this role, the target salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
- This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
- We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
- An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
