Responsibilities
- Lead improvement activities on laser weld machine, press machine, crane and scrap system

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/engineering technology with experience in manufacturing
- A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position
- Experience with laser weld and presses
- Knowledge in TBP (Toyota Business Practices), JKK (Ji Kotei Kanketsu), RJ ( Ryohin Joken), and FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
