Responsibilities

  • Drive program execution that directly impacts fleet capacity Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and orchestrate infrastructure deployment projects.
  • Intervene in highly critical escalations and lead high-stakes negotiations with external authorities, utility providers, and land developers.
  • Identify blockers for data center construction and development, and lead cross-functional efforts to durably resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
  • Experience in negotiation, including resolving regulatory, land-use, or utility bottlenecks internationally.

Nice to have

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Knowledge of GDC infrastructure systems (e.g., civil engineering, grid-scale power, or contractor housing logistics like contractor villages).
  • A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all.
  • Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres.
  • It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
  • The Strategic Partnerships Office (SPO) is responsible for architecting, launching, and scaling a dual-focus partnership engine spanning both manufacturing and community ecosystems.
  • In this role, you will operate under the ecosystem development pillar of SPO.
  • Serving as a catalyst for market expansion, the ecosystem development team cultivates strategic alliances that amplify Alphabet's technology footprint.

Compensation

  • US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
