Responsibilities
- Collaborate with banquet leadership and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely execution
- Support buffet and beverage station setup and maintenance as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support successful event execution
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- TIPS (or Local/State alcohol training equivalent) Certification required or ability to obtain
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Nice to have
- Two to four years' experience in a mid-high volume banquet operation within an up-scale, hotel or convention center banquet operation, preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift/pull/push 35 plus pounds regularly throughout the shift
Compensation
- In addition to your direct wages for each hour worked, Loews Hotels & Co will also distribute to you, as additional compensation, a portion of the service charge included in the bill of your guests.
