About the role
- Effectively communicates with students and staff
- Acts as a positive role model for the students
- Notifies the Principal immediately of any changes in schedule
Responsibilities
- Provides support in monitoring students' behavior and maintain order
- Maintains a professional relationship with students, faculty, administration and community patrons
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Building Aides collaborate with teachers and administrators to create an environment that is safe for students and educators and conducive to helping them achieve their goals.
- They maintain order in school corridors and ensure students attend classes punctually.

- High School Diploma required
- Associates degree preferred
- Previous work with inner city youth a plus
